Step 1: Click on Computing in AOL's Main Menu to get this screen, then choose Company Connection.
Step 2: When you choose Search for a Company, you'll get an alphabetic listing of vendors with forums on AOL.
Step 3: You can reach Symantec's Web site, view a software library, or go straight to tech support from here.
Step 4: From here you can browse folders and post messages on various Symantec products.
